1. Introduction
YourTechGuys ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Simple Project Plan And Manage Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Project data, tasks, stories, sprint details, or notes you create in the App
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Location data
- Device identifiers beyond what Google AdMob requires
All data you create within the App (projects, sprints, tasks, stories, team members, settings) is stored locally on your device only using a local Room database. This data is never uploaded to any server.
3. Advertising – Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is operated by Google LLC and may collect and use certain information to serve relevant ads. This may include:
- Advertising ID (Google's resettable device identifier)
- General device information (device type, OS version)
- Approximate location (country/region, derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (whether an ad was viewed or tapped)

You can reset your device's Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation at any time via Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
4. PDF Report Exports
The App allows you to generate and export PDF reports. These PDFs are created from your locally stored project data and saved to your device's internal storage. They are only shared if you choose to share them manually using your device's share function. We have no access to these files.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Internet – Required to load advertisements via Google AdMob.
- Network State – Used to check connectivity before loading ads.
No other permissions are requested. The App does not access your camera, contacts, microphone, or external storage.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
7. Data Security
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device's operating system and security settings up to date.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
